Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour/rentals are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a $15 per person administration fee. No-Shows on tour dates are charged in full. IMPORTANT: Check your Confirmation for Correct Date and Time. It is your responsibility to be at the designated location on the correct date. Please check your confirmation carefully. No refunds for no-shows.
A Blazing Saddles representative is available 7 days a week from 8 am-6 pm (Tel. 415.202.8888) should you have any questions.
