Rented a great hybrid bike for the NYC 5 Boroughs race. Staff was cheerful, fast, lent me a spare kit just in case I had a flat, was flexible on the return time as the race took much longer than expected due to delays.

The staff was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in plotting out our route, sending us each off each with an easy-to-read map right between the handlebars.
