NAPA VALLEY TOUR DE VIN The Napa Valley is the most famous wine-growing area in the United States . It not only produces some of the best wines in the world, but there is a special feeling to the Valley itself . The Indian name "Nappa": means "land of plenty" and Napa certainly lives up to its name . Its charming scenery, its magnificent climate and its many celebrated wineries make this a wine mecca for visitors from all over the world . This gracious valley is particularly suited for bicycle touring . We visit wineries such as Clos Du Val, Stag's Leap, and Pine Ridge . Remember, Blazing Saddles will be happy to arrange a picnic. Dry Creek is predominately run by small family-owned wineries that produce the finest quality grapes in the world. Get ready to pedal through redwood groves, majestic oaks, palm trees and cactus. This is a truly amazing valley and one of our favorite wine country rides at the North side of Dry Creek at Lake Sonoma.
