You can pick up your rental bikes at 2715 Hyde Street in Fisherman’s Wharf. We’re open every day from 8:00 AM, and our late-night drop-off garage allows you to return your bicycles whenever you want.

What is the minimum height requirement?</p><p>
The recommended minimum height is approximately 4'3" (130 cm). Our staff will check the rider’s fit before departure.</p><p>

Previous electric-bike experience is not required, but the child must be a confident bicycle rider. Our staff will explain the controls and provide an opportunity to practice before departure.</p><p>
Are helmets included?</p><p>
Yes. A properly fitted helmet is included and must be worn at all times.</p><p>
How fast can the bike go?</p><p>
The electric assistance can support the rider up to 20 mph. Riders should always travel at a safe speed appropriate for the route, conditions, and their experience.</p><p>
How long does the battery last?</p><p>
Battery range varies by model, assistance level, terrain, rider weight, and riding conditions. A fully charged battery is suitable for our most popular family ride across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito.</p><p>
Can we take the bike across the Golden Gate Bridge?</p><p>
Yes. These bikes are ideal for riding from Fisherman’s Wharf across the Golden Gate Bridge and into Sausalito.</p><p>
Can we take the ferry back with the bikes?</p><p>
Yes. You may bring the bikes aboard the ferry and return them to our Hyde Street location. Ferry tickets are purchased separately.</p><p>
Can we leave the bike in Sausalito?</p><p>
Yes. One-way drop-off in Sausalito is available for an additional $20 per bike. Availability and instructions should be confirmed before departure.</p><p>
